Sorry this is coming a little late. Been very busy.
Thank you so much for your assistance at resolving the issues we
had. Your engineer was wonderful.
We experienced a very slow browsing speed the following day he fixed
the problem. Apparently, I discovered that it was virus attack that
crippled the network. I've installed a Linux server and we worked
full day for the first time yesterday. You guys didn’t tell
me this is how cafe business is, maybe I wouldn't have done it.
It’s a headache (laugh).
Anyway, I thank you for your assistance and I can confidently recommend
your organisation; at least for the level of support we've received
so far.

I think the pains
